TOPSAIL HILL PRESERVE STATE PARK PRESENTS “COASTAL DUNE LAKES”
A PART OF TOPSAIL TALKS: AN EDUCATIONAL DISCOVERY SERIES

SANTA ROSA BEACH, FL – Join Topsail Hill Preserve State Park and the Choctawhatchee Basin Alliance on February 15, 2019 from 10:00a.m. - 11:00a.m. Come learn about the rare Coastal Dune Lakes in Walton County, Florida.         

This program is free with regular park admission. 

Topsail Talks is a monthly educational discovery series with presentations from organizations and government agencies from outside the park on the third Friday of the month at 10am in the clubhouse.  Future dates and topics are “Shipwrecks” by the Florida Public Archaeology Network on March 15, “Green Sea Turtle Migration” by the 30A Sea Life Discovery Center on April 19 and “Birds and Hurricanes” by Audubon Florida on May 17, 2019.

The Green Thumb Garden of Santa Rosa Beach, Florida is conducting a Floral Design Class beginning on January 14, 2019 for four consecutive Mondays. Class dates are January 14, January 21, January 28 and February4.  Class time is 9 am to 2 pm.  Location is Christ the King Episcopal Church, 480 N County Highway 393, Santa Rosa Beach, Florida 32459.  
Cost is $60. for all four classes, payable at the first class and non-refundable.

The world-class instructors include Gina JoganCarole Martin and Linda Henderson.  You do not have to be a Green Thumb Garden Club member to participate in this class.  Some floral supplies will be available for sale at the first class.  You are encouraged to bring your own refreshments and lunch.
